What happens on this website
The model comparison runs in your browser. Your workload and token assumptions are not sent to an AI provider or stored by this website. Downloading a comparison creates a file on your own device.
The Agent-a-thon workbook saves your notes in your browser’s local storage, and the AI Basics and Agent-a-thon delegate guides keep your workshop access state there. This is separate from the model comparison. Use their clear/sign-out controls or your browser settings to remove that information. Avoid using a shared device for private notes.
Usage statistics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They count page views, referrers, rough location, device type and page speed and, on the home and links pages, which links you follow off the site and how far down the page you scroll. They set no cookies and do not identify you as an individual, so they do not depend on the optional analytics choice below. Vercel’s hosting logs hold IP addresses briefly for security. Our lawful basis for this usage data is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it working well.
Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics can measure page visits and named link actions, such as opening the course, roadmap, articles or booking page. It loads only after you accept analytics and only when configured for the published site. It is currently switched off. Your calculator inputs, email address and diagnostic answers are not sent as analytics properties. Page URLs sent by the website omit query strings and fragments.
If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits. Rejecting optional analytics leaves it off. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal disables further website analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google.
The site stores your choice in docaio.analytics-consent.v1 in local storage so it can respect it on later visits. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for that page. Hosting services may process ordinary connection and security logs when serving pages.
When you follow a link
- Course waiting list and Diary: handled by Substack on its own site. Joining the waiting list also subscribes you to the Diary. Substack provides an unsubscribe option.
- LinkedIn newsletter: handled by LinkedIn under your LinkedIn account.
- Booking: handled by Calendly; the details you supply reach Leon so he can respond to your enquiry.
- AI Elevate 360: a separate application with its own privacy information.
- Video: the introduction on the About page is a Vimeo player that loads only when you press play, with Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting so it does not record your viewing session. Other Vimeo and YouTube videos open as external links. Those services apply their own notices.
- Course purchases: enrolment is not open and this website does not take payments. Provider details will be published before sales open.
The public pages do not load newsletter or video embeds until you ask for them.
Your information and choices
Optional analytics uses your consent. If you start a conversation or book a meeting, Leon uses the details you supply to respond. Where personal information is held by Substack, LinkedIn, Calendly or an AI roadmap provider, consult that service’s privacy settings and notice as well.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information held about you, and exercise other applicable UK data-protection rights. Contact Leon using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab).
Storage, providers and retention
Browser preferences and workbook notes remain on your device until you clear them. External subscription and booking records are held by the services you choose to use. Analytics retention, hosting arrangements and any international processing depend on the published site’s provider configuration. We will update this notice to name those arrangements before optional analytics is switched on.
