- How to cancel
1. Cancelling before you start the course
Consumers have 14 days from the day after enrolment is confirmed to cancel without giving a reason. Businesses have a matching 14-day goodwill window while no seat has opened the content. In both cases, cancel in that window with the course unopened and you pay nothing.
2. Cancelling after you start the course
You can stop using the course at any time. Because the course is digital content supplied in full at enrolment, stopping partway does not by itself create a refund. See the refund policy for the exceptions, including faulty or misdescribed content.
If you cancel, your access ends at the end of the access period you have paid for. We do not cut you off early unless you ask us to.
3. Stopping a renewal
Access runs for 12 months. We email you before it ends with the renewal price. If you do nothing, access simply lapses.
If you have set up a recurring payment, cancel it at least 7 days before the renewal date by emailing [support email address]. If a renewal is taken and you have not accessed any content in the new period, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it in full.
4. Cancelling or moving a booked call
Introductory calls are free. Please cancel or rearrange through the link in your booking confirmation, ideally with at least 24 hours notice, so the slot can go to someone else. Repeated no-shows may mean we stop offering further slots.
5. If we cancel
If we withdraw the course or cannot continue supplying it during your access period, we will tell you and refund the unused part of your fee on a pro-rata basis. If we end your access because of a serious breach of the terms of service, no refund is due.
6. How to cancel
Email [support email address] from the address you enrolled with, telling us clearly that you are cancelling and which purchase it relates to. You may use the model cancellation form in the 2013 Regulations, but you do not have to. Cancellation takes effect from the moment you send the email.
